the beautiful room was spacious and clean. the bed had great quality linen with a top sheet and doona. thick bath towels and a bath robe were provided. there was also a turn down service.

the hotel is situated near many attractions. the prado museum, retiro park, and atocha railway station are within walking distance. the area has a supermarket nearby and is close to the acid cafe.

The staff was very attentive. alejandro and eliza went out of their way to, which i appreciated! the restaurant had great food. I found the service to be superb. they accommodated my kids' food preferences without issues.
The website is deceptive. I felt it did not accurately portray some aspects of the hotel.
